The Denizen Commercial Property Showcase

At RE PIXS, we recently had the opportunity to create a full commercial media showcase for The Denizen, highlighting not only the property itself, but also the surrounding lifestyle and neighborhood that make it stand out.

Showcasing the Kerns Neighborhood

For this project, we wanted to give viewers a more complete look at the property and the experience of living there. Instead of focusing only on the building, we also captured the surrounding Kerns neighborhood to help showcase the area, nearby energy, walkability, and community feel. For apartment communities, this type of neighborhood coverage can be just as important as the property photos themselves because it helps future residents picture what daily life could look like.

Highlighting the Property Experience

In addition to the neighborhood shoot, we created video content to highlight the property’s amenities and units. The goal was to give a well-rounded view of The Denizen, from interior spaces to shared amenities, so the property could be presented in a polished and engaging way across its marketing materials.

Commercial property media should do more than show what a space looks like — it should help people understand what it feels like to live there. For The Denizen, we used a mix of photography, video, neighborhood coverage, and a customized property showcase to highlight the building, the amenities, the units, and the surrounding Kerns neighborhood in a more complete way. The result is a tour that gives potential residents a clearer sense of the lifestyle, community, and overall experience The Denizen has to offer.
