As a Realtor, you know that having correct square footage data is imperative to your listing. Give yourself and your team some peace of mind and add these simple laser measurements to your next order. You'll easily be able to confirm the listing data you have gathered from your seller and also be prepared to answer any potential questions from buyers regarding room sizes.
How do we get measurements?
Our team utilizes industry standard BOSCH laser measuring tools and goes room to room to get as accurate measurement data as possible. We record our measurements in a spreadsheet with room descriptions and deliver them to you the following day. As always, your photo delivery is guaranteed within 24hrs and the same goes for your room measurements.
How do I book this add-on service? Starting February 2022, you can add this to any photoshoot through our regular booking calendar. Save yourself a trip and some time by utilizing our team to gather room measurements for you.
How much does it cost?
Room measurements are $25 for homes up to 3,000 sq. ft. and $50 for homes up to 5,000 sq. ft. If you are a Platinum Elite Client, this add-on service is completely FREE to you, as a token of appreciation to thank you for your continued support of our small business.
