How to Master the 'Immediately Noticeable' Rule in Your Real Estate Videos

At RE PIXS, we are your dedicated real estate media partner. Our job is to create stunning photography and video for your listings. As you know, the game is changing, and the new 2026 rules mean your listing media has to be more compliant than ever.

2026 Compliance Update:

The Oregon Real Estate Agency (REA) has implemented new standards for digital media. Their updated OAR 863-015-0125 rule requires your brokerage's Registered Business Name (RBN) to be "prominently displayed and immediately noticeable" in all advertising.

Our Built-in Compliance Solution

The key to mastering this is what we call the "3-Second Rule." If a consumer has to wait until the end of a video to see who you work for, your media may not be compliant.

You focus on your clients—we focus on the compliance.

When you hire us, we help build a legal safe harbor directly into the media:

  • The RE PIXS Standard: Every video we produce includes a custom-branded intro that ensures your brokerage's RBN is prominently displayed within the first 3 seconds. We handle the technical compliance so you can publish our media with confidence.
