Meet Ryan!

The RE PIXS Lead Drone Pilot. Ryan has been flying with RE PIXS for 5 years and is the go-to person for all questions regarding drone regulations and training. He's been licensed with the Federal Aviation Agency for many years and has completed hundreds of drone shoots for our company. He was also the first on our team to offer Internal Videos to our clients. Now he leads our other drone pilots and videographers to make sure they're producing the highest quality videos and images for our clients.

My Story

It is my goal to help RE PIXS deliver a quality product at competitive prices. I started drone work after completing 11 years of service in the United States Air Force where I was a vehicle mechanic and Oregon Air National Guard where I worked with our Oregon fighter pilots to ensure their gear was prepared for take-off.

While I was in the Air Force I had the opportunity to live in Germany and North Dakota. I transferred to the guard unit in Portland which helped me achieve my lifelong goal to live in the Pacific North West.

I've moved all over throughout my life through the military, and now I've moved to the Central East Coast of Florida with my fiance Ashley to start an RE PIXS photography & drone program here.

For me, working with a drone combines two lifelong interests: photography, and flight. I was introduced to photography through my grandma back when film was still around. It's been a hobby of mine ever since. In my free time I like to go hiking, fly drones and take pictures of beautiful landscapes. If I'm not out on an adventure you'll probably find me looking up new recipes for my Traeger, and hanging out with our dogs Wellington and Ruger.

My favorite part about working with RE PIXS is the team. There are so many amazing individuals that work for this company. Not only is our team packed with talent, but it's also talent paired with genuinely caring people.
