Generally speaking, the fall and winter months, which are full of holidays, family time, etc, usually means a slower time in real estate, but it doesn't have too! In general, this year is going to be a bit different anyway. We may not be leaving or going on family vacations, unfortunately, but we can use this time to really prepare for "slow" season in Real Estate,Here are a few tips and tricks to keep up your momentum during the fall and winter season!
Use this time to refocus your priorities. Look at your marketing plan and make adjustments for the new year!
Now is the time for a year to date review to find out what worked and what didn't work. Use this slow season to create a new business plan and goals for the upcoming year. Make sure they're SMART goals!
Get some "face to face" time with some of your leads. This may look a bit different this year, but with technology, almost everyone is on Zoom or using Facetime! Let them know you're not slowing down and that you're ready to list whenever they are!
Take some classes, read up on latest trends and get ready for the new year! Set yourself up for success! Now is great time to invest in some continuing education classes and you can find a lot of them for free or for cheap!
Take a step back and take a look at your goals. Are they still what you're aiming towards? Do you want something different this new year? Adjust your goals for this new year and write them down or create a vision board and put them somewhere you can see!
Try to meet new people! There are a lot of different local virtual groups through Facebook and other platforms that can get you involved with the community.
Stay up to date on the local market- these are great statistics to share with your clients and new prospects.
PIVOT! Use this time to really focus on how you're going to use these unprecedented times and lifestyle adjustments to make 2021 your best year yet! Real Estate is not slowing down, and neither are you!!
