Does the Realtor need to be present for the photographs?
No. We know as a Realtor you have a very busy schedule! We just need you to provide a one-day lockbox code.
Do you accept Debit/Credit cards?
Yes. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please review your invoice for details regarding check payment.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes. Please review your invoice for details regarding PayPal payment.
Do you charge a mileage fee?
Yes. We charge a $0.60 per mile fee if the photo shoot takes place further than 50 miles from the photographer's location.
How far will you drive for pictures?
Anywhere. Just keep in mind that we do charge $.60 per mile after the first 50 miles (roundtrip) from our Happy Valley or Salem offices (whichever is cheaper!)
Do you do virtual tours?
Yes! When ordering photos - under the Delivery portion select "Tourbuzz" on your next booking and you will receive a professionally made virtual tour, featuring a picture slideshow, a gallery, map, local schools, and any other information you'd like to add to your listing.
Do you do video tours?
Yes! If you need any video, including drones - we have them. Check under the Drone tab to find more information about our video options.
How does billing work?
You will receive an invoice from us via email the day before your shoot. We accept all major debit/credit cards, as well as payments via PayPal. Invoices must be paid in full to receive unwatermarked photos.
