RE PIXS | COVID-19 SPECIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR OPERATION
It is our priority to protect our team, our Realtors, and our community from any further spread of COVID-19.
As of March 23rd, 2020 RE PIXS has restricted ALL human contact on photo shoots until further notice. Moving forward we will continue to follow all advice given by both Governor Insley of Washington and Governor Brown of Oregon. As of now, RE PIXS is able to continue doing photography for vacant or vacated homes in both Oregon and Washington.
In efforts to keep our small businesses open and thriving during these unpredictable times, we ask that all homes booked must be sanitized and have a lockbox code provided prior to arrival. Please make sure that your listing is ready to be photographed, as our team will not be doing any additional staging. It is our goal to keep everyone healthy by drastically reducing touch-points around the house. If you or your sellers are unable to accommodate these requests please let us know and we will postpone your photoshoot for a later date.
RE PIXS is able to continue business by temporarily restricting all in-person, on-site public interaction. All bookings will be facilitated remotely, photoshoots and 3D scans will be completed for vacant or vacated homes ONLY. If there are people present when the photographer arrives the photoshoot will automatically be canceled and we will work with you to reschedule for a time when the property is vacant.
Restrictions when booking photoshoots with our team:
The property must be vacant or vacated prior to arrival.
Lockbox code or directions on how to access the home must be sent prior to arrival.
No one can be present at the time of our appointment; this is to protect not only our team members but also your clients and their families. Our team is in and out of homes every day and we have restricted ALL human contact due to the sheer number of job sites we visit each day.
Our team will be wearing masks and gloves during all appointments.
No additional staging will be done at this time in efforts to reduce touchpoints around the home.
We have directed our photographers to LEAVE THE PROPERTY if any of the above rules and restrictions are not upheld. We are taking this very seriously.
Jobs that WILL NOT be completed at this time under any circumstance:
Retirement homes, adult home care facilities, and/or any in-patient care facilities are strictly off-limits for photoshoots, 3D tours, or any additional on-site marketing services.
Medical facilities, surgery centers, or out-patient care facilities that are currently open and operating.
Any property with people present during the time of our appointment without prior arrangement.

WA Realtors: In proclamation 20-25 (Stay home, Stay Safe Order) it states in section 3c "This prohibition does not apply to businesses consisting exclusively of employees or contractors performing business activities at their home or residence, and who do not engage in in-person contact with clients." and "This Proclamation shall not be construed to prohibit working from home, operating a single owner business with no in-person, on-site public interaction". We have reached out directly to Governor Insley's team and have some further clarification to share with our Washington Realtors: Under Proclamation 20-25, the real estate and mortgage industries are deemed essential. Not all real estate activity is permitted, however. For example, open houses are strictly prohibited. In-person meetings with customers are likewise prohibited, except when necessary to view a property or sign documents. Viewings, inspections, appraisals, and final walk-throughs shall be arranged by appointment and limited to no more than two people on-site at any one time. All new real estate listings shall be facilitated remotely, and any in-person meeting must follow the social distancing and sanitation measures described in the proclamation. The Governor takes this decision very seriously. Nonetheless, he believes that the best way to control the spread of COVID-19 is to temporarily limit interaction as much as possible.

OR Realtors: In regards to Governor Brown's executive order 20-12 given Monday, March 23rd, 2020 RE PIXS will be taking strong measures to protect our team, our clients, the homeowners, and our community. The intention of this Executive Order is to reduce person-to-person interaction with the goal of slowing the transmission of COVID-19 (page 2). All businesses shall facilitate telework and work from home facilities to the maximum extent possible. As of now, RE PIXS will only be photographing homes that are vacant or vacated during the time of our appointment until further notice. If anyone is present when the photographer arrives the appointment will automatically be canceled. We are taking these measures very seriously to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
